Peter Wright & Sons of Dudley in the Black Country region of the UK were the most famous Victorian maker of blacksmiths anvils the world has ever known.

Their famous Solid Wrought Anvils were exported the world over and for more than a century were the best selling anvil in the United States of America

Available is this incredibly rare reprint of a Peter Wright trade catalogue from around 1895.



The catalogue depicts the whole range of blacksmiths anvils along with a selection of the specialised forging tools and solid box vices, beautifully illustrated within the 30 pages.



There is also a fascinating description of the Constitution Hill works and a rare internal photograph of the interior of the forge
