I lived on Ward's Island from 1039 to 1954. We lived on 2 Channel Ave, before the cottage was claimed by the high water. My father organized the 'Cove fleet' a yacht club for Junior sailors. Some of whom became Olympians. This book is a picture book with comments about those times. If you shared these years as an Islander, the images will grab your heart.
